The DPP Presidential candidate , Ambassador Felix Johnson Osakwe has condemned in totality the postponement of February 16th presidential and National Assembly elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission , INEC .
He made this Known in the early hours of today in Abuja while speaking to newsmen . He noted that Nigerians are worried over the over night postponement because INEC has been given enough time .
The DPP candidate whom on 14th February , declared his support for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar , pointed out that the postponement is a clear indication that INEC is either compromised or being influenced .
Osakwe , who was on February 7th endorsed by over 13 prominent groups , is being perceived by many as a huge endorsement for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar .
While reacting , he however urged all Nigerians to stay calm pointing that the electoral umpire have their own integrity to protect which they must not allow to be dragged into the mud .
