inauguration will surely take place today.
According to some tweets posted on socal media by Adama Barrow, he wants to go ahead with his inauguration on Thursday at the Gambian Embassy in Dakar, Senegal despite President Jammeh's three-month state of emergency which was declared on Tuesday starting from January 17 to April 17, 2017.
