Paul Praise on stage
Widely known for the popular song "My God is Good (Double Double)",
Nigerian gospel singer, Egberame Paul Praise, a.k.a Paul Praise, is
reportedly down with renal failure as his two kidneys have reportedly
stopped working and he has been undergoing dialysis at NAF Base hospital
in Ikeja, Lagos twice a week.
According to Naij News who exclusively had a chat with him at the hospital bed, the singer was active till July when the pains became more severe. He visited a hospital and was informed that his two kidneys have packed up.
The Double Double crooner needs the sum of N9 million for a kidney transplant. An account has been opened to raise the needed sum.
The singer who was preparing to go to church, has shown optimism that things will turn around for the better in the end.
“I am believing God for a miracle as I need to go for a transplant soon.”
